We want you to love your Velka Bloom items. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible for Refund or Replacement:
• Damaged items
• Incorrect items
• Defective products
Not Eligible:
• Items damaged through misuse
• Normal wear and tear
• Change of mind after delivery (due to our boutique sourcing model)
